Covid-19

The recent pandemic of the coronavirus has required us to stay home. It has changed our normal routines of going to school and has greatly impacted the educational community. Students are challenged to adjust to this new way of learning. Teachers, schools, and districts are here to help!

While working with my third-grade team, I assisted in designing and implementing distance learning plans for English Language Arts. In collaboration with my cooperating teacher, I took on the role of reading and recording read aloud minilessons.

Each read-aloud includes a minilesson of some kind. Our class has been working on using illustrations as we read, context clues, and comparing and contrasting two stories.
